How does blockchain verification work? ▼
BuildSynq uses the Solana blockchain as a tamper-proof audit trail. Every milestone approval, payment event, and project record is cryptographically written to the blockchain and cannot be altered. All payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure — the blockchain provides the permanent, verifiable record.
What happens with my data if I cancel? ▼
Your project data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. Blockchain records are permanent and always accessible.
Is BuildSynq secure? ▼
BuildSynq uses enterprise-grade security including MFA authentication, database encryption (AES-256), SSL certificate pinning, biometric login, file virus scanning, and comprehensive audit logging. All payment data is processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Do contractors need to pay for BuildSynq? ▼
Contractors are invited to projects for free. They can view milestones, upload photos, communicate with homeowners, and receive payments without a paid account. If they want to manage their own projects and clients, they can subscribe to any plan.
How does government pricing work? ▼
Government plans are annual contracts customized to your jurisdiction, user count, and compliance requirements. Pricing is based on city size, number of active capital projects, and federal funding sources managed. We support standard procurement processes including RFP responses and sole-source justification.
